The Somatic Experiencing® training offered by CRUFACE SL (Somatic Experiencing Spain) is officially endorsed by Somatic Experiencing International (SEI) – formerly known as The Foundation for Human Enrichment (Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Institute) – the nonprofit organization founded by Dr. Peter A. Levine, which holds the rights to the Somatic Experiencing methodology and oversees its training and certification worldwide (traumahealing.org).

Somatic Experiencing is a basic conceptual framework for trauma resolution. It is not a standalone bodywork modality nor an independent psychotherapeutic approach.

IMPORTANT: Please do not make any firm travel or accommodation reservations until you have received confirmation from the organizers.

Minimum age: 18 years.

The Organization reserves the right to cancel the training, courses, workshops, or seminars, as well as to change dates, teaching team members, or format when circumstances require it due to organizational or planning reasons. Nonetheless, all necessary efforts will be made to meet the previously published timelines and conditions.

If the training must be canceled, notification will be provided as soon as possible, and a full refund of the amount paid will be issued, or alternatively, your spot may be kept for future events of the same nature. Introductory Workshops

Attendance:

To receive the certificate of attendance, it is essential to participate in 100% of the workshop’s scheduled hours. Introductory workshops are not recorded.

If the introductory workshop is offered in hybrid format (in-person and online), participants will select their attendance modality during registration. These modalities cannot be combined during the workshop.

Accommodation, travel, and meal expenses are not included in the workshop fee and are the responsibility of each participant to arrange and cover.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A 100% refund will only be issued if the cancellation is made one month before the start of the workshop. After that date, no refund will be possible.

Official Training

To participate in the Official Training, the Organization may request that applicants complete preliminary individual sessions with accredited professionals. Final admission will only be granted after completing the mandatory introductory workshop and/or evaluating each candidate’s suitability.

If, after this evaluation, the person is not selected to participate in the training, the Organization will issue a full refund of the amount paid.

Once the training is completed and all required conditions have been met, participants obtain certification as a Somatic Experiencing® professional (Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner – SEP). Obtaining the SEP certification does not authorize individuals to practice as psychotherapists or bodyworkers.

Before beginning the official training, and in order to be considered as a potential participant, it is necessary to sign the participation terms outlined on the website.

Attendance:

All information regarding attendance is detailed in the participation terms that must be signed when registering for the training.
