Learning with SE Spain is designed to suit the needs of all learners:

We hold our on-site trainings in two locations: Madrid, in a non-residential format, and El Rompido (Huelva), in a residential format

If the in-person format is not for you, we also offer an online training in Spanish that you can attend from the comfort of your home or workplace

The methods and approaches offered by the two instructors who teach in each cohort allow for a greater and more diverse integration of the SE theory

We embrace cultural and linguistic pluralism. Our instructors, students and assistants come from all over the world!

You will enjoy a highly practical or experiential training with a student/assistant ratio that will allow you to delve into all roles: practitioner, patient, and observer

"My training with Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Spain during the third year has been an opportunity to get to know in first person the community of professionals who are part of the school: from the coordination, teachers, secretary, assistants, translators, friends and staff of the residential.

The quality of organisation and logistics, the respect and commitment to detail, the capacity for flexibility, the transmission of knowledge and experimentation of the therapeutic approach, the dynamisation of synergies between students and assistants, the care and personal attention, as well as the creation of community and belonging are added values of the school.

The somatic practices guided at the beginning of each session helped to regulate and co-regulate the students and the attention and care given by the assistants on a daily basis facilitated an organic and gradual process in the integration of the content and the subject matter experienced.

Having the recordings of the training material available after the modules gives you the opportunity to review the content of the modules and to go deeper, if you wish.

The residential modules provide a space for connection and closeness between the people who make up the school and the students, offering the opportunity for greater interaction during the training, facilitating nurturing encounters, as well as a friendlier experience during the process.
