According to the European Association of Somatic Experiencing (EASE), attendance to an introductory workshop to Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is required for admission in the official 3-year training.
For pedagogical reasons, it is recommended to have at least 3 sessions with a SE® professional before starting the training.

Who is SE® for?
Somatic Experiencing® focuses on the treatment of trauma, and it complements other approaches.
As a therapeutic and educational tool, SE® is particularly useful for health professionals in general, educators and social workers, psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and coaches. It is also ideal in disciplines such as coaching.
In addition, Somatic Experiencing® is especially effective in the treatment of post-traumatic stress (accidents, surgical interventions, assaults, etc.), as well as in the treatment of pre-perinatal and developmental trauma. It is also effective in the treatment of pre-perinatal and developmental trauma.

Attendance
Attendance at the entire workshop is compulsory in order to obtain the official certificate. Introductory workshops are not recorded.
Hybrid Format
When registering, participants will need to select their modality of attendance: in-person or online. These modalities cannot be combined.
Tuition
The dates on which participants can benefit from the early bird discount are specified above. In the case of face-to-face attendance, the registration fee does not include accommodation and/or board.
Access
Students will receive the necessary information to access the workshop well in advance.
Languages
In the bilingual workshops (English-Spanish), participants will select the language with which they feel more comfortable doing the practical exercises
Time zones
The workshops have a total duration of 12 hours (6 hours over 2 days or 4 hours over 3 days) and are held in the following time zone: Central European Summer Time (CE(S)T). Students are responsible for ascertaining the time differences between countries before enrolling.
Validity period
The Introduction Somatic Experiencing Workshop, which is required for access to the training, will be valid for three years from the date of attendance.
However, if more than 3 years have elapsed, the situation may be assessed according to the particular circumstances of the interested party.
